How to request deletion

Email our Privacy Officer at [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”, or write to 9258-0448 Québec inc. (2727 Coworking), Attention: Privacy Officer, 2727 rue Saint-Patrick, #109, Montréal (Québec) H3K 0A8, Canada. Please include:

• your name;
• the email address and/or phone number you used with us;
• whether you want everything deleted or only some information (for example a call recording);
• if the request concerns Facebook or Instagram, say so, and give the name on that account and roughly when you contacted us.

Identity check

To make sure we delete the right person’s information and nobody else can delete yours, we confirm the request with you, usually by replying to the email address or calling the phone number we have on file. We will not ask for identity documents unless we cannot confirm your identity any other way.

What we delete

• Your inquiry and contact details: form submissions, inquiry emails and team chat notifications, waitlist and lead records in our customer database, and copies kept by our marketing service provider.
• The website visit history our own tracker linked to your email or name.
• Recordings of your calls, your voicemails and their transcripts.
• Information you sent us through a Facebook or Instagram ad or message.
• Advertising uploads: we remove you from any customer list we uploaded to Google, Meta or another ad platform, and stop sending conversions about you. Conversions already sent contain only hashed (encoded) identifiers and ad click identifiers; where the platform lets us retract them, we do.

What we may have to keep

If you are or were a customer, the law requires us to keep agreements, invoices and payment records for a period (generally 6 years after the end of the fiscal year concerned). We also keep a record of your deletion request and our answer. We delete everything else. Backup copies are erased as they roll over on their normal schedule and are never used to restore deleted information.

When

We delete your information within 30 days of confirming your request and email you when it is done. If part of the request cannot be completed, we tell you what and why.

Data received through Facebook or Instagram

2727 Coworking uses a Meta developer app, “2727 Coworking Ads”, only to manage its own Facebook and Instagram advertising and to read aggregated performance reports. The app does not offer Facebook Login and does not access your Facebook or Instagram profile, friends, photos or posts. The only personal information we receive from Meta is what you choose to send us, for example by filling in one of our lead forms or messaging our page.

To have that information deleted, send a request as described above and mention Facebook or Instagram. We will delete it from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email. Meta keeps its own copy of your activity under its own policy; you can manage it in Meta Accounts Center and the Meta Privacy Center.

Cookies in your browser

Identifiers stored in your own browser (our tracker cookie and those of the tools listed in our privacy policy) are deleted when you clear this site’s cookies and data in your browser settings.
