A monthly hot desk is $350 and a dedicated (assigned) desk is $400 to $480 per month, before taxes, in CAD. GST and QST (14.975% in total) are added. The booking pages for hot desks and dedicated desks show what is free right now; otherwise, join the waitlist.
A day pass is $55 per day before taxes, for one person. It gives you a seat in the shared hot-desk area, Wi-Fi and coffee. Book it online for the date you want.

Online checkout for a monthly desk adds a one-time setup fee equal to one month's rent, charged with your first month. It is a setup fee, not a deposit or a prepaid last month. Taxes are added to both amounts.
