Accepted Answer

Pricing starts at $35/month for a mailbox with a business address. Virtual office is $165/month, monthly hot desk is $350, dedicated desks currently start at $400, and private offices start at $700, before taxes. The booking portal shows live prices and availability.

Question 3

Will a bank accept your business address?

Accepted Answer

Each institution applies its own verification policy and may restrict virtual addresses. We provide a real commercial civic address and can issue a signed service agreement, but we do not assist with or guarantee third-party approval. Confirm the institution’s requirements before subscribing.

Question 4

Do you offer a business address without renting an office?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our virtual mailbox plans give you a real street address at 109-2727 Rue Saint-Patrick (also written 2727 Rue Saint-Patrick, Suite 109) in Griffintown, Montreal, under your company name with no separate box number; it is not a PO box. From $35/month you can use it to register your business with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec, and on your invoices, website and client communications. Founders use it from across Canada and from abroad.
