Possibly. We have private offices for 1 to 10 people, each with a window and a lockable door, plus a conference room for 8 and coworking areas. Check the gallery to judge the look, then tell us in your request which spaces you want.

Send us your request with the date and the hours you need. Shoots are quoted case by case, so the quote reflects your actual schedule; there is no published half-day shoot rate.

Multi-day requests are reviewed case by case. List every date with its hours, your crew size and the spaces you want, and we will reply with what is possible and a quote.

Tell us in your request the full hours you need, including setup and wrap. Hours outside 9:00 to 17:00 are reviewed case by case and quoted.

Weekend requests are considered case by case, with a quote. Send the dates and we will confirm whether they work.

We are at 2727 Rue Saint-Patrick, Suite 109, Griffintown, Montréal QC H3K 0A8, on the Lachine Canal, near Charlevoix metro. Charlevoix has no elevator; Lionel-Groulx and Atwater are step-free alternatives. Our 3 monthly parking spots are all taken, so read our parking guide before you plan vehicles.

There is no staff on site and no reception: access is self-serve. Coffee is available, and outside food and catering are OK.

Yes. The conference room seats 8 and costs $300 per day before taxes, from 9:00 to 17:00. Evening, weekend and recurring bookings are available on request with a quote, and room bookings can be cancelled free up to 48 hours before.
