Dedicated desk 107-B for rent

About this desk

Desk 107-B is a dedicated workstation at 2727 Coworking, on the same floor as the lounge, the kitchen and the phone booths. It belongs to you alone: the same desk every day, ready when you arrive, with nobody else setting up on it while you are out. You come and go 24/7 with the Kisi phone app or a fob, early mornings and late evenings included.

Gigabit fibre and coffee are part of the membership, the phone booths take care of private calls, and the conference room is free for desk members when it is available. The space is quiet and professional, with no reception desk and no organized events, so it works well for steady, heads-down days. Book a visit to see the desk and the floor in person.

Month-to-month, no minimum term, 30 days' notice. A simple, flexible base for one person who wants a fixed desk without a lease. You get the routine of a desk that is always yours, plus 24/7 access for days that start early or run late, without paying for a whole private office.

Ideal for: Freelancers and remote employees wanting a fixed desk

Month-to-month, no minimum term, 30 days’ notice. Online sign-up adds a setup fee of one month’s rent. Keys ready one business day after signing.
