About this space

The hot desk gives you the run of the shared open area at 2727. Pick whichever seat is free when you arrive: a task chair at the long shared worktable, a stool at the wood bar counter, a spot on the red banquette, or the sofa when you are reading rather than typing. Green planters, a wall screen and a soft line of light across the ceiling keep the space lively without making it loud.

Seating is first come, first served, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, and nothing is reserved in your name, so you bring your laptop and leave with it. Along the entrance corridor, a curtained booth with red banquettes and a screen is handy for a quick working session. The floor is quiet and professional, with no reception: you let yourself in and get to work.

Month-to-month, no minimum term, 30 days' notice. Made for people who work out of a laptop a few days a week and want a proper office atmosphere instead of a café. Bring your laptop and headphones, choose the table or the sofa depending on the task, and pack up at the end of the day.

Ideal for: Laptop workers, students and part-time remote employees

Month-to-month, no minimum term, 30 days’ notice. Online sign-up adds a setup fee of one month’s rent. Keys ready one business day after signing.
